I had an extraordinary experience at the resort located by the Itupararanga Reservoir, which truly felt like a paradise. The cleanliness of the entire property and the warm demeanor of the team made my stay memorable. The food was absolutely fantastic, and the wealth of activities available was remarkable! However, the mattress in my suite was a bit worn out, which detracted slightly from an otherwise excellent stay.

The staff created such a warm and inviting atmosphere, making sure all our needs were met during our stay. Although the mattress in our room had seen better days, it didn’t overshadow the wonderfully relaxing time I had by the heated pool. Overall, this resort is a paradise for families and nature lovers, but just a few minor updates would make it truly flawless.
